Damages and Issues

We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and work swiftly to resolve it.

Important: If damage is caused during shipping, please take photographs of both the exterior of the package and the artwork before opening it. Contact us right away to begin the claims process.

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges if the artwork does not meet your expectations, is the wrong size, or you simply do not love it. For the quickest resolution, we recommend returning the item for store credit and then making a separate purchase for the new artwork.

  • Store Credit: We will issue store credit equal to the amount of your order, excluding shipping and processing fees.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 20 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
