Shipping policy


Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic (USA): Standard delivery takes 7–10 business days after processing.
  • International Orders: Typically 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.
  • For oversized or delicate artworks, we may arrange special courier or white-glove delivery to ensure safe handling.
  • We do not currently deliver to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with these addresses will be held until a valid street address is provided. If one cannot be obtained within a reasonable time, the order may be cancelled.

 

Insurance & Protection

  • Every artwork is packaged with museum-level materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
  • Orders above $200 USD automatically include shipping insurance to protect against loss, damage, or theft during transit.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey. If you don’t receive it don’t hesitate to contact us directly at webreturns@inevitaart.com

International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.
  • Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • In the rare case of damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will work directly with the carrier and insurance provider to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the unique and limited nature of artworks, all sales are final.
